About the 140 Series Filter Cartridge for HPPSep 140 Series Cartridge is especially developed to fit FILTEREK® HPPSep pure plastic filter housing. Four different designed material and structure offers flexible system options: CPPM Series adopt advanced standard Polypropylene melt blown material with gradient density, removal efficiency can be up to 85%. CPPV Series melt blown cartridge adopt labyrinth sprue design which can increased contamination holding capacity and ensure the removal efficiency can be up to 90%, meanwhile extend longer service life compared to traditional melt blown material. CPPL Series Polypropylene Pleated cartridge is developed with above 30% increase in flow, and with larger filtration area. Meanwhile its removal efficiency can be up to 99%, mostly suit for situation requires for high purity filtration and large flow. DPPL Series Pleated cartridge adopt FILTEREK® advanced MP MaxiFlux and high purity filtration melt blown material whose absolute removal efficiency can be up to 99.8%. MP material also increased above 20% flow compared with common PP material under condition of increased removal efficiency. 140 Series cartridge are relative products of HPPSep140, diameter of cartridge is 5" (126mm), can be applied in flow rate around 8 m3/hr situation.
